thoughtengine helps people and organisations to think broadly, resolve complex issues and to employ inspired strategies. Below are a few examples of client work undertaken.

thoughtengine provided workshops for project research teams, focused on the practical application of creative concepts. The research teams regularly collect and study large quantities of scientific material. A process was designed to allow the group to make stronger connections within, and between, these areas of study.

thoughtengine worked with senior management and with a separately appointed agency to conduct an innovation project, focused on customer insights and on highlighting new revenue opportunities.
The project was conducted over a number of weeks in a hothouse environment, utilising a core project team and focusing on empathic customer research methods.

thoughtengine designed and led an away day for all staff, followed up with facilitated workshops. The away day was aimed at developing customer understanding, uncovering big ideas and making best use of the team’s skills and talents.
The workshops built on the away day material and focused on the creation of action-oriented business plans and specific project outlines.

thoughtengine designed and led a workshop for staff, aimed at helping this newly formed body to work better and more creatively together. On the day teams addressed specific, ongoing issues and developed solutions in the form of a common purpose, guiding principles and appropriate creative responses to address each of the issues identified.
