thoughtengine helps people and organisations to think broadly, resolve complex issues and to employ inspired strategies. Below are a few examples of client work undertaken.

thoughtengine were asked to build a Commercial Strategy, review existing commercial activities and make recommendations for future Business Development opportunities. The thoughtengine process involved on-site research and staff interviews; financial modeling of alternatives; implementation of selected commercial activities; management of and assistance with select key projects and consultation with Executive and Board members.
Outputs included the capture of a viable Commercial Strategy, a commercial implementation plan, an approach for addressing specific cultural needs and the measured results of several successfully integrated commercial activities.

thoughtengine were tasked with • leading an Executive Team strategic review during the business planning process and across a newly formed organisational structure • facilitation & project management of team strategy formation
• assistance with construction of a board level report on design in the UK.
The process involved workshops as appropriate, to first explore and then to hone strategic thought. Outputs included capture of material into a strategic plan and an associated business plan. The process was captured in a narrative reference for use by newcomers or in the event of further changes.

thoughtengine worked with the CEO and management team to develop a near-term strategic action plan over a 12 month period and a longer-term vision.
The process comprised a series of immersive workshops, complemented by participants leading specific workstream activities. Both the action plan and vision were made more relevant with the completion of roadmap of key areas over time.

thoughtengine facilitated the development of an Economic Development Strategy for this body, representing a sub-region of the West Midlands.
The work involved a core project team, electing to work in a hothouse environment alongside thoughtengine and invited guests, over twelve weeks.
